JULY 2022 - YEDRA KNITS

Our designer of the month is Soraya Garcìa, the wonderfully talented knitting pattern designer, freelance editor, and knitting teacher behind Yedra Knits. 

Based in Amsterdam, Soraya is a local designer who creates gorgeous patterns based on different techniques and constructions, and her patterns are available in both Spanish and English. She has a close attention to detail in her patterns to make sure that every garment fits like a glove, and she strives to create gender neutral garments that are also size inclusive. What Soraya loves most about her job is that it connects her with fellow knitters and yarn enthusiasts from all over the world as part of an exciting diverse community. As well as creating her gorgeous patterns and her own publication, Soraya has also worked for international publications such as PomPom, The Knitter Magazine, and Life in the Long Grass.
