This large semi-circular shawl is knitted top-down with a collage of lace stitches and simple textures with mohair giving a beautiful halo and silky sheen to the fabric.
Lace patterns feature delightful details like twisted ribbing, cables, and bold geometric formations.
And a chevron border frames the shawl for a dramatic final edge.
Life in the Long Grass dyed two sets of custom colours for us this year inspired by frosty winter landscapes.
The Lavender Frost kit features a fade of three colours transitioning from light silvery speckles to saturated pearlescent purple tones.
Each fade of three colours is accompanied by three coordinating shades of West Wool Glowhair, which add a subtle halo and delicate drape to the shawl.
The Spruce Frost kit was inspired by icy winter forests with freshly fallen snow. Life in the Long Grass created three soft shades that melt from creamy aqua colours into splashes of deep teal.
