Knit Alongs (KALs) are a fun, social activity in which a group of knitters all make the same project in a specified timeframe. Our hosted knit alongs are complete with kits filled with the right yarn for the project, often in exclusive colours, and include exclusive or limited edition gifts to make the experience that much more exciting.

The Glow Along will feature the Awesomer Gossamer Shawl, which can be purchased separately from westknits.com or Ravelry.com.

There will be lots of fun chat in the Glow Along Ravelrygroup and on Instagram.

Adventurous beginners are welcome to participate. Westknits patterns include several video tutorial links to assist with the written instructions.

There is no brioche in this year's Glow Along.

The pattern is not included with the yarn kit. You can purchase the pattern on Ravelry or westknits.com from the 17th January.

Our West Wool Glowhair comes in balls which do not need to be wound before use!

All customers outside of the European Economic Area (whose order is shipped outside of the EEA) will have the sales tax deducted at check out. Once your address is added during the check out process, you will be shown your invoice without tax. Read more about tax-free shopping.

We will do our best to combine your Glow Along order with another purchase!

Please note that combining orders can cause a slight delay in shipment. If you have multiple orders placed within 48 hours of one another we will do our best to combine your orders together and refund any excess shipping.

We are only able to ship orders together up to a combined total value of €450.

If you would not like your orders to be combined - please email us as soon as possible at info@stephenandpenelope.comand we will send your orders separately.

If you placed a second order more than 48 hours after your original order, please send us an email to info@stephenandpenelope.comand we will see what the options are in regards to combining your outstanding orders.

Unfortunately this isn't something we can offer to customers in the UK.

During the Glow Along our orders can take a bit longer to ship out than usual but we'll be working hard to get your order out as soon as possible.

Please be patient before checking in on the shipment status of your order. We'll be shipping throughout January to ensure you get your kit before the 6th February cast on date!

Of course! You're more than welcome to purchase additional kits. Our top tip would be to add them to your cart using 'quick add' to avoid being taken straight to your shopping cart and away from the Glow Along kit selection.

You can definitely order your kit to be picked up in store. Just know that it takes a few days for us to process the Glow Along kit orders, so make sure you've received a message that your order is ready before heading to the shop.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up and we hold pick up orders in the store for no longer than 1 month.

Not yet. The goodies are initially only available as part of our official Glow Along kits.

If you've incorrectly input your address we can update it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@stephenandpenelope.com to request an address change.

Please bear in mind that changing your address can cause delays to your order.

Unfortunately, we're not able to change a shipment address once it has been sent.

Address changes, PO box addresses and non-Latin characters in your address might cause delays in receiving your order due to the systems our couriers use.
