Dear fibre friends,



With the COVID-19 pandemic changing rapidly around the world, and with the current air of uncertainty, we wanted to reach out (without touching hands!) to share how Stephen & Penelope is committed to preventing the spread of the virus. We update this information regularly and this update was written on Friday 14th January.

We're committed to adhere to the advice from WHO and the RIVM, the Dutch Ministry of Health. The well-being of our customers and staff is our absolute priority, we are upholding the highest hygiene and cleaning standards, and our team is being updated daily as the situation develops. 

Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 11:00 – 17:00
Sunday: 12:00 – 17:00

There is a maximum of five customers in the store at a time and we asked everyone takes a basket with them as they shop around the store. If the store is full we will ask you to wait outside until there is space for you to shop safely. Once inside please wear your mask, sanitise your hands and maintain 1.5 meters between yourself and others while in the store. If you're unwell, please shop from the comfort of your home.

Our online store is open 24/7 and we are always happy to give free personalised yarn advice via email or telephone during business hours. 

Thank you for the support you’ve shown during this wild time, it has meant so much to us. We have missed seeing our lovely customers face to face, and look forward to welcoming you back into the store!
