Our Staff Spotlight for December is the delightful Aisha! She joined as part of our eCom team in September and since then she's been working away getting your packages picked and packed for all your crafting projects!

Aisha's favourite thing about working at Stephen & Penelope is her colleagues. She loves that whenever you walk in the office or pop in the store you get a real sense of community and family which she appreciates even more as she left hers back in the UK when she moved to the Netherlands three years ago. Like many of us Aisha started knitting as a small child and was taught by her babysitter  but she didn't really craft in earnest until picking it back up at university. Not only is Aisha a talented knitter but she also taught herself cross stitch when she was 10.

Aisha has been a keen equestrian since she was 18 and took up BMX trail riding during quarantine in 2020. As well as this Aisha is an avid Latin and Ballroom dancer, when she's not out and about you can find her can find her curled up with a good book or playing the violin, ukulele or bass guitar.
