BESPOKE COLOURWAY INSPIRATION - COSY CABIN

In some ways I think warm, autumnal colours come together naturally, without too much coaxing, but maybe it's because palettes like Cosy Cabin have such a place in my heart. As such, it wasn't hard to come up with the inspiration for this warm, glowing woodland cabin mood board. 

Caroline took to this interpretation pretty quickly, producing at least 25 varieties of colourways that would eventually be a part of the final palette. Particular attention was paid to balancing the deep fiery colours with light and dark neutrals. Below you can see just a small sample of some of the photos we exchanged in the development of this palette.

Once the base colour palette was set, With Caroline's counsel we went for minimal speckling and ended up with a very classy combination that is so beautifully paired.

And the result in the final knitted design is absolutely gorgeous!
