SYNCOPATION ADORATION - FREE PATTERN

This free knitting pattern uses DK weight yarn and US 7 / 4.5mm 40”/100cm circular needle. The hat is knit using the magic loop method, but you could use larger DPNs if you prefer. You will need one stitch marker and a tapestry needle for working in ends. The pattern is a good starting pattern for a beginner in brioche knitting.

Pattern Description: Gather a colorful selection of DK weight yarns for this two color brioche hat. Begin at the bottom with brioche ribbing in the round. When you’re ready for something new the ribbed columns syncopate so the knits are purled and the purls are knit. Swap colors freely for a super striped effect and don’t forget to top it off with a pom pom!
